Daubert / Frye / Havner
ICTM has considerable experience in developing the appropriate scientific and medical arguments for Daubert, Havner and Frye motions. The basis of these arguments is an extensive analysis of the alleged claims and the scientific and medical merits of expert opinions offered in support of these claims. Our experts have published a book chapter and many articles that focus on applying principles of science in Daubert-like motions in toxic tort claims. Our principals have testified in over forty Daubert and/or Frye hearing nationwide, including the first Daubert hearing ever held in Federal Court (1993). We have submitted dozens of affidavits in support of these motions and have assisted, at the request of clients, in writing such motions. The success rate of our clients in the matters in which we have been involved is exceptionally high.
