Nutraceutical Safety and Evaluation

ICTM principals reviewed and analyzed various nutraceuticals for their labeling and their safety for several major retailers. We made recommendations regarding which products were relatively benign and which were potentially hazardous. This led to strategic corporate decisions either to stop selling or to continue selling certain nutraceutical products.

We have also been involved in numerous nutraceutical litigation matters including Ephedra, Phenylpropanolamine (PPA), and steroids.
